Humor: Concealed? Weapon?

A man was recently arrested in California for carrying a concealed weapon. While this might not sound very interesting, it is the circumstances of his arrest that are amusing. The police approached the offender in his Birthday Suit attending to very personal needs on a public nature path. Initially, the man was being arrested for indecent exposure. Upon being asked whether he was carrying anything the police should know about, however, the man acknowledged that he was in fact carrying a tool. At which point, the officers drew their weapons and firefighters approached the scene. The accused subsequently removed the tool from its location and the police arrested him for parole violations, indecent exposure, and a felony count of possessing a concealed weapon.
