Apparently the up and coming surgery of choice is eyelash transplant surgery. For just $3k per eye, one can have hair folicles removed from the scalp and sewn onto one's eyelashes. I can just see Macy Gray's transplants right now. The transplanted lashes need to be trimmed and curled like real hair. The article concludes by stating that the surgery is "not for everyone."
